The firm
Expert Systems works at the point where strategy becomes a programme, and where a programme either stays under control or quietly drifts. The practice covers programme-level PMO, integrated master schedules, progress reporting, contract milestone administration, delay analysis and the dashboards and tools that hold it together.
The firm was founded on a simple observation: most projects do not struggle for lack of effort. They struggle because nobody owns the integrated picture of scope, time, cost and risk. We set that picture up, keep it current and make it readable for the people who have to make decisions.
Assignments are led by a senior consultant, with additional planners and Power Platform specialists brought in when the scope needs them. That keeps senior judgement on every piece of work and the fee proportionate to the task.
How we deliver
Every engagement starts with a written scope: the deliverables, the inputs we need from you, the reporting arrangements, the turnaround and the fee. Work is reported against that scope, and changes are agreed in writing before they are made.
The work is led by a senior consultant with more than 20 years in project management and project controls on capital projects in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Additional planners and Power Platform specialists are brought in when the scope needs them, and you are told who is doing the work and who to call. That experience was gained before Expert Systems was formed; references for assignments contracted by the firm will be published with each client's consent as they become available.
Working files stay in your systems and your formats. Native schedule files, procedures, templates and dashboards are handed over with documentation and a session with your team, so the work can be run without us. Project documents change hands only after confidentiality terms are agreed, and we do not act for two parties on the same contract.
