Who we are

This website is operated by Expert Systems for Management Consulting, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Questions about this notice can be sent to the email address on the Contact page.

What we collect through the enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, email address and message, the service you selected, and, if you add them, your organisation, phone number, project description and timing. The server also records the date and time of the enquiry and the internet address (IP address) of the device that sent it, which we use to identify spam.

How the information is used and where it goes

The enquiry is sent by email to our office mailbox, and an acknowledgement copy is emailed to the address you gave. Our website, the server that sends both emails and the office mailbox that receives the enquiry are all provided by Hostinger, our hosting and email provider, which processes the enquiry on our behalf in order to deliver and store it. No other company receives the contents of your enquiry. The information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and carry out the work. We do not sell it, add it to marketing lists, or pass it to anyone else, except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as they are useful to answer you or to carry out an engagement, and are deleted when no longer needed. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we need to keep it for a contract or a legal reason.

Website and third parties

Separately from the enquiry form, the pages themselves are served by Hostinger, and the typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, and that request carries your IP address and browser details, as any web request does. Google does not receive anything you type into the enquiry form. The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this notice will say so.

Project documents

Do not attach or paste confidential project documents into the enquiry form. Documents are exchanged only after confidentiality terms have been agreed, through a channel agreed with you.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address on the Contact page. You can also contact us by email instead of using the form.
