How we work
A short introductory discussion is free. Paid work starts only after the scope, your inputs, the fee and the timetable are agreed in writing. Most engagements run remotely with site presence where it adds value. Embedded support is available in Riyadh.
The sequence

Introductory discussion
A call or an exchange of emails to understand the task, the programme and the deadline. Free and without obligation. Share general project details at this stage, not documents.

Confidentiality
Where project documents need to change hands, a non-disclosure agreement is signed first. We can use yours or ours.

Written scope and fee
Deliverables, the inputs we need from you, the fee, and the timetable. A diagnostic or assessment, where one is needed, is scoped and priced here as part of the assignment; it is not a free step.

Delivery
Assessment, build and review with your team, in agreed drops. You see each drop before the next starts. Working files stay in your systems and your formats.

Handover and support
Documentation, templates and a handover session so the work keeps running after we leave. Continuing support is available on a retainer where you want it.
Engagement models
Choose the one that fits the problem. Fees are quoted against the agreed scope.
Advisory assignment
A defined deliverable at a fixed fee: a baseline programme, a PMO manual, a controls audit, a delay analysis report.
Monthly retainer
We act as your planning department, or run controls and reporting for a project or portfolio, at a fixed monthly fee for an agreed set of projects and deliverables, with named consultants and agreed turnaround times.
Embedded support
Senior consultants working inside your PMO or project team for an agreed number of days per month, in your office or on site.
Independent assurance
A one-off review of a schedule, a claim, a report pack or a controls setup, with written findings and recommendations.
What you can expect
A written scope before paid work
Deliverables, timeline, the inputs we need from you, and the fee. Changes to scope are agreed the same way, in writing, before they are done.
Confidentiality
An NDA before project documents are shared. We do not work for two parties on the same contract, and your rates, strategy and records are not shared with anyone outside the assignment.
Independent advice
We hold no commercial interest in any contractor, software vendor or design firm. If a relationship could affect our advice on an assignment, we tell you before accepting it.
Your files, your formats
You receive native schedule files, editable documents and tools built in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Nothing is delivered as a locked export.
Named people
You know who is doing the work and who to call. On retainers, the same consultants stay with your account.
Dates we can stand behind
Every submission date in a scope assumes agreed inputs from you by agreed dates. If either side slips, we say so as soon as we see it, with the effect on the date and the options.
